Shipping and Payment Policy

Our shipping and payment policy is part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Service. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms set forth in both policies.

1. Orders

  • The minimum order value is €10.00 (valid until March 2026).
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after payment confirmation.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By making a purchase, the customer agrees to:

– Correctly provide the complete delivery address.

– Ensure that someone will be available to receive the order at the location and date indicated by the carrier.

– Track the delivery status via the tracking link provided.

Viva o Sabor is not responsible for deliveries not completed due to incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or incomplete information.

3. Deliveries

Deliveries are carried out by Viva o Sabor or partner carriers, such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on the destination and the selected method.

After the order is dispatched, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code, allowing tracking directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Time

  • Orders with confirmed payment from Monday to Friday, until 2 PM, will be prepared and shipped on the same business day.
  • Orders confirmed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

  • Netherlands: up to 48 business hours
  • Belgium and Luxembourg: delivery times may vary depending on the logistics operator and the destination location.

The informed delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as logistical, climatic, or operational conditions.

5. Delivery Costs

Netherlands

  • Orders from 2kg to 10kg€6.95
  • Orders from 10kg to 20kg€13.90

Belgium

  • Orders up to 2kg€11.40
  • Orders from 2kg to 10kg€14.84
  • Orders from 10kg to 20kg€29.68

Luxembourg

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, according to the weight of the order and the available logistics operator.

All shipping values are presented before completing the purchase.

6. Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the delivery is not completed for reasons attributable to the customer (absence, incorrect address, failure to collect within the carrier’s deadline), the order may be returned or discarded.

Especially in the case of perishable food products, there will be no right to a refund, as described in the Terms and Conditions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

“I received a damaged or different product from the order. What should I do?”

Check your order immediately upon receipt.
If you identify any problem, please contact us by email info @ vivaosabor.com or via WhatsApp, informing:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Photo(s) of the damaged product(s), when applicable

Our team will analyze the case and take appropriate measures, according to applicable law.

8. Responsibilities of Carriers

Viva o Sabor is not responsible for delays caused by partner carriers.
However, in case of problems, we will do our best to assist the customer with the logistics operator.
